This was my favorite Novela so far .... I thought the acting was great except for some crying scenes and the story was amazing .... I was very sad when it ended. This was the 1st starring role for Jaqueline Brocamontes and let me tell you .. she shined. Her role was very strong and passionate and she portrayed it perfectly. I also enjoyed the acting immensely from the Villines of this story. Berta scared th crap out of me with her evilness. I also think the Novela did a great job at showing off some of Mexico's most beautiful places. I am now dying to visit Tabasco and tour the amazing chocolate plantations ... Also the scenes from both Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta were incredible. I will be buying this on DVD when it comes out !

OK so I've watched other Spanish soap operas before this including another one of Guy's called La Mentira and I must say, I'm not impressed. Guy is a wonderful actor and not to mention dreadfully attractive as is his leading lady but there is just too much drama in this for me. La Mentira had drama but this just ridiculous. I love drama but the plot is just one action after another. There is no break and they have these internal monologues that are supposed to develop the characters but it doesn't work. I love Novelas as they are a main part of my culture but this one isn't that great. I would suggest buying some others or watching another one.
