The first time that Darnell goes to Omunique's apartment her large hoop earrings that have her name in script inside the loop are in backwards in her right ear. The one in the left is in the correct position and then the one in her right ear goes from wrong way to right way and back.
In the first church scene, when the choir finishes singing the spiritual, there is a wide shot of the church congregation. Most of the congregation located within the middle pews can be clearly seen giving a standing ovation. There is a cutaway to Durell and LeeJohn in which most of the congregation located within the middle pews are sitting or beginning to sit. After the cutaway the scene returns to same wide shot of the congregation. Most of the congregation located within the middle pews are still standing and only now are beginning to sit.
When LeeJohn and Darrel are in the Cafe, the toast (bottom right corner) he orders has butter on it in one frame and then a fork on it in the next frame. The toast changes throughout the whole scene.
When the Baltimore Police are chasing Durell and LeeJohn's van, we can see a large billboard for DJ BIG BOY, a DJ for Los Angeles radio station Power 106, in the background.
It was never explained how the money came up missing out the safe and how it ended up in the hands of the cleaning man who is deaf and blind.
When Lee John gets rubbed down with baby oil, he says that he is a Leo, implying he knows when his birthday is. When everyone's eating chicken in the church, he later says he's never had a birthday party because he doesn't know when his birthday is.
