This is a very strange film that is bound to offend the easily offended. But, considering that most humor offends the easily offended, so what!? I was surprised when this film started that it starred Robert Wagner. While the film makers and actors had some credits to their name by the time they made this film, I'd love to know how they convinced Robert Wagner to appear in such a film. Somebody must have known somebody or owed someone!!
The film begins with Wagner's on-screen son and ex-wife arriving at a parking garage to meet Wagner, as his trophy girlfriend waits in the car. It seems that the son was sent to get something but in the process he ended up shooting what seems to have been a leprechaun...or is it a hobbit...or a munchkin?! Oddly, the guy brought it with him and eventually the four all stand around debating what type of creature is lying in the trunk of the car! It's all very sick and dark. However, when something unexpectedly happens next, the level of sick humor tops the charts!!
The film is wonderfully written and not surprisingly has won a lot of awards. It's sick, funny and fabulous.
