I like this movie because it's meaningful and to the point. Although there are no words, you can see where Lorenzo and Shia were getting at. It's also sort of humorous. So overall it's great.. and would also make an awesome movie if it were longer. Setting the movie.. or at least most of it in black and white was, I thought, a brilliant idea because it really reflects the actual content of the movie itself. While watching the movie, bear in mind that it was actually made in a really short space of time but you'd never know it unless you were told. The background music is awesome and the ending makes you think. Well at least, it made me think. Overall- awesome film.

This is the second shortfilm I'v seen directed by actor Shia LaBeouf and according to IMDb, his first directorial debut.
Not surprising, this tale about racism/racial tension, is too obvious, it preaches to audience in a very boring manner. But the ambition was good, but Shia LaBeouf and his co director Lorenzo Eduardo should have watch some of John Sayles films about racism/racial tension, and that would have given them some points.
Technically the film has it's flaws, but I'm happy to inform every reader that at least Shia LaBeouf has made progress on this area. Lorenzo Eduardos progress as director it's harder since this seems to be his only director credit so far.
Any future audience of this short has been warned, feel free to look up Shia LaBeoufs third short Maniac (2011), a flawed film but better then this.
