The "Elixir" is an unknown drink/portion that can turn anyone into a 100% swede. The effects that can occur if you drink it you will receive blonde hair, white skin and apparently white clothes. Although the effect occurs in a few days if you haven't drink it for a while and you become normal again.
Unfortunately the movie does not show at all the responsible for the "Elixir". While of course the police tried to find the responsible and the only clue they had was an overwhelmingly long phone-number that actually called the whole people in Sweden.
