This movie is about all of these people in a neighborhood in Salt Lake City. I thought people from Salt Lake City were goody two shoes, but these people are either abnormal or whacked! Where do these people come from? This was fun. Is this what life is?
The scenery and location shots are beautiful. The movie is based on The Avenues which is a real neighborhood in Salt Lake City. There is a scene in the middle of the movie where a couple look at houses. The houses are spectacular.
There is also a haunting and lyrical soundtrack to this. The main theme composer has the same last name as the director, perhaps wife or sister, and the music is a bit sad, but beautiful.
The cast is really good. I have never seen any of them in anything before but their bios are lengthy. The acting was top notch.
