This was the very first time that Lucille Ball left the USA to film a TV Special

Originally to be filmed in Paris (with Mitzi Gaynor), which was changed to Saudi Arabia, before finally London.

Filmed in May, 1966.

Originally supposed to costar Laurence Olivier.
