In a recent interview, Payal Rohatgi admitted that she considered it a mistake having starred in B-grade films like "Tauba Tauba."
There was a shelved Ramkrishna Productions film, "Tauba Tauba"(1986) starring Rajesh Mandhar, Sunita, Amjad Khan, Puneet Issar, Ranjan Sippy, and Aarti Gupta in guest appearance, story by Shyam Ramsay, music by Usha Khanna, produced by Deepak Joshi, and directed by Ajay Sharma Collins .
There was a famous Hindi remix series in the 1990s titled "Tauba Tauba", remixed by DJ Earl Ferns.
The film did not have a theatrical release in British Columbia, Canada.
