The film begins with a high-powered business woman, Michelle. She's just broken up with a boyfriend and he's desperate to get back with her--she wants nothing to do with it. One day, as she's walking from work, she gives a homeless guy some money and then realizes it's her old college sweetheart, Simon. Oddly, however, the more time she spends with him, the more she realizes he's perfectly happy with his life. Instead of the corporate world, he seems to prefer having done nothing since graduating from Columbia University and breaking up with Michelle.
While this film didn't seem to have the huge payoff at the end I was hoping for, the production values were very good, the acting exceptional (Simon was quite funny and Michelle also quite nice). It's worth seeing.
