This is a fast paced short film that really packs a lot of emotions into the twenty minute running time. I saw this film at a screening in Cincinnati, Ohio where the film was shot. The film is not a family friendly sort of film.
I feel that the subject matter in this gritty film is something that is very real in some of today's younger adults. Faded makes you really think about how certain life choices can have very different outcomes from what you may have thought they would at the start of each day.
Jordan and Brian were both very young and fairly new to the film business when they made this movie and yet when watching it you would never have guessed it. Both of these talented men have written a great short film then made it come to life. Following the screening of Faded I decided to purchase the DVD and I can honestly say I have watched it over thirty times. Even with it's dark subject matter it still has a way of stirring emotions in me every time I view it. I highly recommend everyone watch this film.
