Goofs

During the outhouse scene with Cookie, she gets a nosebleed, and the blood drips down onto her clothes. A few moments and scene cuts later and her clothes are perfectly clean.

(at around 48 mins) When Trip is on the roof, his mobile rings and shows the soft-key options 'Menu' and 'Names', yet the phone he's using should actually show 'Accept' and 'Decline' while ringing.

(at around 1h 11 mins) It is apparent that Trip's arm is hidden under his shirt, after it is torn off.

(at around 1h) After Nelson jumps through the window and we see the piece of glass embedded in his neck, the prosthetic which is used to attach the fake glass to his neck is clearly visible.

(at around 1h 20 mins) When the car is driven into the RV, the stunt ramp can be clearly seen. After the impact and the cast walks away, the ramp disappears.

(at around 1h 6 mins) When Gretchen is on the bed, she turns around, and a shard of glass in the window frame flaps in the wind.

When Gretchen and Jack are perched on top of the RV, and she spots the petrol can, she tells him "it's about 30 feet away", but she's South African, where they use the metric system, so she would be far more likely to say "it's 10 meters away". She lives in USA so may have adapted to " feet "

Crew and equipment is reflected in the truck, in many pan-around shots.

(at around 1h 8 mins) When Jack ties his string to the RV and walks over to a nearby bluff, as he runs back down the bluff the headlights of passing cars are visible on the roadway behind him.

(at around 15 mins) After Trip fixes the car, the boom pole is reflected in the truck's back window.
