The last 20 minutes were filmed at the Mojave Air & Space Port in California. The airport is home to an aircraft "boneyard" where unwanted aircraft are placed in storage until sold or returns to service. Aircraft are also cut up for scrap here.
In the film you may notice a particular aircraft. A Boeing 767-200 last flown by Ansett Airlines. Ansett were an Australian airline until September 2001 when it filed for bankruptcy. The aircraft was registered as "VH-RMO" when flown by Ansett. Prior to Ansett, it was flown by Britannia Airways. The aircraft arrived at Mojave in June 2002 for storage. Parting out for scrap didn't commence until August 2004.
