Big Brother 26 has been an up-and-down experience for Angela Murray.
Angela created some controversy in Week 1 when she poked fun at Matt Hardeman and again when she melted down after Brooklyn Rivera ate her Hoh food.
Angela has also had a more successful experience than many of the houseguests who came before her, as she has won two Hoh Competitions. It helped her survive when she could have been a target.
Week 6 was rough for Angela, as she broke down several times on the Live Feeds. One instance was during the August 25 episode, when Angela cried about possibly being nominated.
Viewers of the Live Feeds also saw her in an intense argument with Tucker Des Lauriers and breaking down during conversations with other houseguests.
Angela’s daughter has seen everything transpiring and took to social media to leave a message about her mom.

Big Brother 26 has revitalized the game with dynamic twists and drama, ushering in a new era for the competition series. Viewers worried about AI-themed season execution were pleasantly surprised by the refreshing twists in Big Brother 26. Big Brother 26's cast has brought major drama and intense gameplay, captivating audiences and revitalizing the show's appeal.
Big Brother 26 has already changed the game entirely with an exciting cast and a variety of twists, leaving me feeling like this season is the start of a new era for the competition series thats reminiscent of old school Bb. Throughout the last few seasons of Big Brother, the show has been struggling to find its footing. With Big Brother 22, the second iteration of Big Brother: All-Stars, flopping entirely due to the level of pre-gaming the houseguests did, things have been shaky for the series in the last stretch of seasons despite Bb trying to reinvigorate the show.

Big Brother 23 featured Derek Xiao and Claire Rehfuss.
The BB23 cast members were on the wrong side of The Cookout alliance that summer, leading to their early exits from the game.
But Derek and Claire made it to the jury phase. A romantic relationship developed between them in the jury house.
The secret of the relationship between Derek and Claire was kept close by their fellow jury members, and it only became public after the season finale.
As a reminder, The Cookout dominated that season, taking all six of its alliance members to the end.
The BB23 jury voted unanimously for Xavier Prather to win over Derek Frazier. It made Xavier the first winner of the $750,000 prize. The prize had been at $500,000 for the previous 22 seasons.

Billie Eilish’s ex can now blame Christian Bale for the end of their relationship.
In a new interview with Amelia Dimoldenberg ahead of the Academy Awards, Eilish shared that she had an epiphany about her relationship after seeing The Dark Knight actor in a dream.
“I got to be real,” Eilish said as her brother Finneas let out a laugh. “A couple years ago I had a dream about Christian Bale and it was at a little cafe in the sunlight, and it made me realize that I had to breakup with my boyfriend.

Nothing gold can stay, and to make room for everything new at Hulu in November, we have to say goodbye to dozens of the series and movies on the platform. The streamer will make room for its upcoming Christmas library by losing some of its horror-themed titles throughout the month, including “Stephen King's It,” most of its “Saw” franchise, and “Shaun Of The Dead.” Other major titles leaving the platform include Emma Stone’s breakthrough comedy “Easy A,” the Nora Ephron classic “Sleeping in Seattle,” and more.

Throughout her career, Billie Eilish has found ways to dominate the pop sphere, even between album cycles. In 2021, The Cookout made history on Big Brother 23 as the first all-Black alliance, which helped to crown the first Black winner, and it's time to find out what they've been up to now. The Cookout included Tiffany Mitchell, Kyland Young, Hannah Chaddha, Azäh Awasum, runner-up Derek Frazier, and winner Xavier Prather. They worked together to ensure that they would all make it to the Final 6, guaranteeing that Big Brother would finally have its first Black winner. Tiffany came up with her genius "Master Plan," which made her a Big Brother legend.
Big Brother 23 contestant Tiffany's "Master Plan" consisted of each member of The Cookout choosing a plus-one who wasn't in the alliance. The plus-one would then share a place on the chopping block with The Cookout member, who would act as a pawn. This plan not only disguised The Cookout, but also ensured that the alliance had the votes to...

Big Brother season 25's right around the corner, and there have already been numerous rumors about what the milestone installment will entail, including some chatter about the cast. Each summer, the hit reality show has brought something new and exciting to the famous house. Now, with such an important season coming up, fans are expecting the show to go above and beyond for the upcoming installment.
At the conclusion of season 24 last summer, CBS confirmed that Big Brother would be returning for season 25 in the summer of 2023. Since the show's been on the air for over 20 years, Big Brother has pulled off many surprises. Some have been more successful than others. While casting for Big Brother season 25's happening, there's still plenty of speculation. People wonder if the installment will consist of former houseguests. The generally reliable Twitter account @TheSpoilerGirl1 recently claimed that season 25 will be a "Vets vs. Newbies" season.

Kyle Capener and Alyssa Snider from Big Brother may have lied to fans about the real reason for their recent breakup. Kyle and Alyssa both competed on Big Brother season 24 when the hit reality show aired this past summer. The two had an instant connection, and quickly formed a showmance together.
In the midst of Big Brother season 24, Kyle found himself in a racial controversy, which ultimately led to his breakup with Alyssa. While talking about the game, Kyle made accusations that the minorities in the house were teaming up to form an alliance similar to Big Brother season 23's The Cookout. When the house found out what Kyle had been saying, Alyssa felt it was better if they distanced themselves from each other. Soon after these claims came to the surface, Kyle was sent to the jury house by his fellow houseguests. Three weeks later, Alyssa was also evicted from the Big Brother house.

Big Brother season 23 runner-up Derek "Big D" Frazier opened up about wanting to join the cast of the hit Peacock reality murder mystery show The Traitors. Derek was a member of the history-making all-Black alliance, The Cookout, along with Tiffany Mitchell, Kyland Young, Hannah Chaddha, Azäh Awasum, and winner Xavier Prather. Derek has often been criticized for coasting to the end of the game on the coattails of the stronger Cookout members. He was often shown lying around the Big Brother house and was not much of a physical player. He did not win any Head of Household or Power of Veto competitions. However, Derek often points to his social game as his strength and has taken credit in the past for forming The Cookout.

The Big Brother 24 Afh will receive a nice cash prize on the season finale, rewarding them for being popular among fans of the show.
America’s Favorite Houseguest is voted on by Big Brother fans each season, and it typically becomes someone who viewers enjoyed watching during the long season.
For the Big Brother 23 season (Summer 2021), it was Tiffany Mitchell that won the Afh after she helped put together The Cookout and steered her alliance all the way to the end of the game.
This year, it has become difficult to predict who might win the award for the BB24 cast, as the most popular houseguests have shifted quite a bit over the weeks.

Kyle Capener, the latest houseguest to be evicted from the Big Brother house, has caused a wave of controversy in the outside world. And in recent weeks, live feed viewers initially accused the show producers of protecting the contestant by not showing the racist statements he made. Now, the show and Kyle are finally addressing the situation. The hashtag #stopprotectingkyle gained traction from the moment Kyle first accused Bipoc members of his own alliance, The Leftovers, of having a separate minority-only alliance in the vein of previous season’s The Cookout. The show faced backlash for not initially airing his multiple attempts to create an all-white alliance, just in case there was an all persons of color alliance (which there wasn’t). CBS eventually did show the 29-year-old’s statements, and this week, fellow houseguests Brittany Hoopes and Michael Bruner decided to use the information against Kyle, sharing it with the rest of the house.

Bros before showmances! “Big Brother” delivered a special two-hour live eviction episode on Thursday, and with it came all the twists, turns, double-crosses and imploded alliances you could possibly hope for.
For the first time in weeks, it wasn’t immediately clear to everyone watching who would be heading home when it came time to vote. Or how Kyle Capener’s not-at-all subtle showmance with Alyssa Snider (who is not a part of his alliance) would drive a wedge into his alliance.
If anyone ever says “Big Brother” isn’t the best show on TV, they are objectively wrong.
So, which two houseguests sent packing? Scroll down for the big reveal. Otherwise, here’s how everything that led up to and played out during Thursday’s live show.
As any season of “Big Brother” progresses, the gameplay gets messier and alliances strain, often to a breaking point.

It took 29 days for the Celebrity Big Brother house to pare down this season’s 11 hopefuls, and on Wednesday’s season finale, the finalists were hungrier than ever to earn a spot in those final two seats. Even hungrier than a sleepwalking, cake-chomping Chris Kattan.
As a result of Monday’s double eviction, Todd Bridges and Lamar Odom got the boot, leaving Todrick Hall, Miesha Tate and Cynthia Bailey as the Final 3. And while crazier things have happened (I mean, who would’ve guessed that Jordan Lloyd would’ve won Season 11?), Cynthia’s going to have to win something, anything...

Reality series are often the guiltiest of pleasures, and we at TV Fanatic love to indulge.
From competition series to dating shows and even some documentaries, the stream of reality TV in 2021 was endless.
You can never go wrong with veteran shows like Survivor and Big Brother. Some of the controversial ones, like Married at First Sight, Love Island, and the 90 Day Fiance franchise, are the definition of "guilty pleasures."
If you're a true crime or documentary aficionado, we have some of the best and worst of those, too.
We TV Fanatics compiled a list of the Best and Worst out of the bunch. Check it out below!
Siwa's Dance Pop Revolution (E/Peacock) - Best
It is in the "best" category mostly because we miss Dance Moms so much, which is the next best thing to new Dm episodes!
Most surprising, though, is how personable Mama Jessalynn turns out to be.

Feeling a little déjà vu, Big Brother fans?
For the first time ever, the CBS reality competition staged two back-to-back double evictions this season, with the second one taking place on Thursday’s episode. And this time around, The Cookout was in a much less celebratory mood: After successfully reaching the Final Six with their alliance completely intact, The Cookout had to lose their own members for the first time on Thursday, with at least one female player guaranteed a trip to the jury house.

The “Big Brother” jury house is starting to fill up, with Sarah Beth Steagall joining Britini D’Angelo and Derek Xiao last Thursday. Following Sb’s eviction from the game, the remaining eight players engaged in an endurance Head of Household competition in which they had to stand on their swings for as long as possible. As the outgoing secret Hoh, Claire Rehfuss was not eligible to win. Two other players, Derek Frazier and Alyssa Lopez, fell off their swings during last week’s live show. That meant one of the Cookout members was about to claim the Head of Household power, but who would they nominate for eviction?

“Big Brother” host Julie Chen Moonves is defending The Cookout, the reality show’s dominant alliance this season that some are calling racist but which she says, “In my humble opinion, it is not.”
Those allegations have come about because The Cookout is made up entirely by players of color. Formed in week one, Kyland, Hannah, Tiffany, Azah, Xavier and Derek F. are all part of the alliance and are determined to make sure they are the final six players in the game. As a result, some people are calling it racist against white contestants. And with that, host Julie Chen Moonves disagrees.
“I think it’s hard for some people who are not of color to understand the importance of the Cookout making it this far,” she told Entertainment Weekly. “I have heard some call the formation of the Cookout a form of racism. In my humble opinion, it is not.

With The Cookout relentlessly dominating this Big Brother season, it’s true that this summer’s strategy has become a bit of a snooze. But… as a self-admitted Derek X. stan, I’m not mad about the way this week unfolded for Sarah Beth, as predictable as it may have been.
Head of Household Tiffany, then Anonymous Head of Household Claire, both nominated Sarah Beth and Kyland, who remained on the block after Power of Veto winner Hannah saved third nominee Xavier. We all know how it likely goes from here: The Cookout easily has the numbers to keep Kyland and boot Sarah Beth,...

For the third week running, Tiffany Mitchell is trailing her Cookout ally Xavier Prather in our Gold Derby predictions to win the season, but her reign as Head of Household this week comes with a lot of power. Since the outset of her win, Tiffany has aimed that power squarely in the back of Sarah Beth Steagall, her primary target for weeks and the leading prediction to be evicted this week with near-unanimous 9/100 odds.
Sarah Beth (Sb) was nominated by Tiffany on Sunday night alongside her closest ally Kyland Young. In that same episode, Tiffany was dethroned from the Hoh post, but safely so because her own plot to have an ally win the Coin of Destiny worked out. Indeed, Tiffany’s friend in the game, Claire Rehfuss, earned that power and kept the nominations the same. For a time, Sb and Kyland were joined on the block by Xavier,...

Showmances are pretty much an inevitability on “Big Brother,” but generally, they aren’t hard to spot. At the moment though, there are no relationships happening in season 23 — but that doesn’t mean kisses aren’t being shared. In fact, there was one big one on Thursday night and uh, no one seems to know what to make of it.
It came just minutes after Britini was officially evicted from the house. As the remaining players offered each other support, Derek F. and Kyland shared a big hug. As the seconds rolled on, Big D began kissing Kyland’s cheek and laughing. Upping the ante, Kyland grabbed Big D’s face and kissed him right on the lips.
Granted, Big D has made no secret of his attraction to Kyland throughout the show. But even so, the moment had fans scratching their heads as to why it happened.

For the second week in a row, Big Brother has left us guessing about whether the Power of Veto was used to change the nominations — or, in this case, whether two Power of Vetos (er, Powers of Veto?) were used.
If you watch the live feeds or keep up with spoilers on social media, the start of Thursday’s episode came as no surprise to you: Alyssa chose not to use the veto she’d won in the Otev competition, while Kyland did use his bonus veto to take Claire off the block and replace her with Britini. The season’s final pre-jury eviction arrived at the Big Brother house on Thursday night — and for the first time this summer, it was actually a bit of a nailbiter.
The show opted to hold this week’s Power of Veto ceremony until the top of Thursday’s episode, so we had to wait an extra day to learn that Christian was put on the block next to Sarah Beth after Britini saved herself. And yet, with several days between the veto ceremony and actual eviction, there was ample time for Derek X.’s backdoor plan to fail. Read on...

Strength in a show like “Big Brother” is not always about an ability to win competitions or devising the best strategy, but also involves putting yourself in a position that can defend to your eventual jury why you think you should win the $750,000. With that in mind, our first power rankings of the 23rd season comes at the final 12 and we’ve got a clear division between the 6 strongest and 6 weakest players in the game.
The players making the strongest case for themselves to win are the ones making power moves: Christian Birkenberger, Claire Rehfuss, Derek Xiao, Kyland Young, Tiffany Mitchell and Xavier Prather. Left at the bottom are Alyssa Lopez, Azah Awasum, Britini D’Angelo, Derek Frazier, Hannah Chaddha and Sarah Beth Steagall, all of whom have failed to find a way into the driver’s seat so far.

After a crazy two weeks in the “Big Brother” house, Brandon “Frenchie” French said goodbye during the second live eviction episode. It was a near-unanimous vote over his block-mate Britini D’Angelo, with only Derek Frazier casting a pity vote to keep him. Following Frenchie’s one-on-one chat with Julie Chen Moonves, the eligible players competed in a Head of Household competition hosted by “Celebrity Bb” player Tom Green, with Xavier Prather answering the most correct questions. So who did new Hoh Xavier nominate for eviction? And who won this week’s wildcard comp?

Frenchie’s reign as the first Head of Household of “Big Brother” this season is almost up, and just about everyone is ready to see it end.
The good news is that Kyland is no longer up for eviction in the first week. The bad news is the road to that moment was absolutely chaotic. Looking at things objectively, roughly two things went in Frenchie’s favor this week: Derek X used his power of veto to save Kyland, and that put Travis on the block. But let’s take stock of the rest.
Frenchie didn’t want Travis or Derek X playing for the power of veto. Both of them did. Frenchie didn’t want Derek X to win it, because Derek X was Frenchie’s first choice for a backdoor nomination. Derek X won. Frenchie didn’t want to have to go back on his promise of safety to Travis.

Hulu’s list of new releases for June 2021 is highlighted by a host of useful library titles and one fascinating original film.
The original film in question is the one that lends its delightful photo of Pierce Brosnan delivering a baby to this post. False Positive stars and was written by Ilana Glazer (Broad City). It sounds like a really fun, creepy time with a synopsis that reads: “After months of trying and failing to get pregnant, Lucy (Glazer) and Adrian (Justin Theroux) finally find their dream fertility doctor in the illustrious Dr. Hindle (Pierce Brosnan). But after becoming pregnant with a healthy baby girl, Lucy begins to notice something sinister through Hindle’s gleaming charm, and she sets out to uncover the unsettling truth about him, and her own “birth story.” Cool!
Hulu’s other original offerings aren’t too inspiring this month. Only Love, Victor season 2 on June 11 moves the needle much.

If you were concerned about there being a content drought in August due to the coronavirus pandemic shutting down Hollywood, you were…absolutely right in those concerns.
For its new releases in August 2020, Hulu is following Apple, Disney, and even Peacock’s lead in taking things nice and slowly. The vast majority of the notable offerings here are of the library variety. Hulu adds classic movies like Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, Rain Man, and Top Gun on August 1. Those go along with the very much still-holds-up Casino Royale on August 31.
Hulu also has room for some interesting recent indie movies like Ordinary Love (Aug. 3) and Peanut Butter Falcon (Aug. 6). But when it comes to Hulu original content there’s not much going on. The unheralded Find Me in Paris debuts its third season on August 21. That is followed by original comedy The Binge on August 28. And that’s about it!

Amazon Prime’s new releases in June 2020 is fairly lacking in original material. That’s to be expected for a streaming service that focuses on quality over quantity to begin with now going through a pandemic content crunch.
Standup special Gina Brillon: The Floor Is Lava, Joseph Gordon-Levitt film 7500, and Pete the Cat season 2 are the only originals arriving this month. And that’s fine as Amazon is about to be home to one of 2019’s most fun films. That’s right – Knives Out makes its debut on June 12. It might be awhile before we get to see the next Benoit Blanc mystery so hopefully this will tide us over.
June 1 also sees the arrival of Dirty Dancing, Kingpin, and the tragically underrated Sex Drive. It’s not the most impressive month Amazon has ever had, but at least you still get free shipping.

There are a lot of popular streaming platforms to choose from, but Hulu has always stood alongside Netflix as one of the two essentials for households looking for diversity in content. In the past, they’ve been known for focusing more heavily on newer television content, while Netflix has always offered a larger selection of sought-after films. But now, it looks like Hulu’s June lineup is only going to continue the service’s recent trend of providing high quality movies to bring itself in line with their competitor.
First up, you can get wholesome with Mr. Rogers in A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, which tells the story of an investigative journalist who learns some hard life lessons from one of television’s most beloved personalities. You can then supplement that wholesomeness with My Girl and My Girl 2 for some wonderful 90s nostalgia.

June 2020 is set to be a big month for the whole streaming Disney family. Not only will ESPN+ have the entirety of The Last Dance on its servers for late-adopting sports fans to catch up with, but Disney+ will be premiering its long-awaited Artemis Fowl film. Over on its biggest streaming service in Hulu, however, Disney is taking things a bit more slowly.
This month finds only three major original releases for Hulu. Animated medieval comedy Crossing Swords premieres on June 12, then Ya love story Love Victor and cooking show Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi both arrive on June 19. All in all, that’s not a bad haul for originals for the typically slow summer months.
June 1 sees a pretty impressive crop of movies coming to Hulu’s library as well. October Sky, The X-Files (1998), and Casino will all be ready to stream at the beginning of the month.

Since making her Broadway debut in Eubie! in 1979, Jenifer Lewis has become a fixture onscreen with roles on A Different World, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Girlfriends and Meet the Browns, as well as starring in films like Jackie’s Back and The Cookout. She’s perhaps best known for playing a string of iconic mothers; her onscreen offspring includes Taraji P. Henson (Not Easily Broken), Angela Bassett (What’s Love Got to Do With It), Whitney Houston (The Preacher’s Wife) and Tupac Shakur (Poetic Justice).
“I was everybody’s mama because I was a born leader,” Lewis boasts to Et. She has no qualms about the mothers she’s played, or even about taking on the roles that some of her colleagues in Hollywood may have viewed as stereotypes.
“Obviously, I’ll do anything,” she says with a laugh. “I don’t care what it is; for that kind of money, I’ll play the...
