Or be it the greatest pair of the 90s, Shah Rukh Khan & Kajol, or the one film wonder – Salman Khan & Aishwarya Rai. Be it today’s best, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, or Varun Dhawan & Alia Bhatt. Be it the unconventional pair of Ajay Devgn & Tabu or the short-lived pair of Hrithik Roshan & Kareena Kapoor Khan. All of them are usually compared with their real-life couples, and the ones who have borne the brunt of this unfair comparison throughout their careers have been Ajay Devgn & Kajol.

The on-screen turned off-screen couple and their chemistry have always been pitted against Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol.

Kajol and her mother, Tanuja will be reunited onscreen after their last venture, Rahul Rawail’s Bekhudi in 1992, which was actually Kajol’s debut film. The person responsible for bringing mum and daughter together is actor-producer, Ajay Devgn, in his forthcoming film, Toonpur Ka Superhero (Tks) releasing during Christmas 2010.

Directed by Kireet Khurana and scripted by Raaghi Bhatnagar, Tks is an animated action comedy which will revolve around Aditya, a superhero (Devgn) and his wife Priya (Kajol). Their children want him to be a superhero not just in reel life, but in real life too! Aditya then finds himself in Toonpur where he finds himself fighting against Toonasurs (bad toons) to save the Devtoons (good toons).

This film also brings married couple Ajay and Kajol together after his directorial debut, U Me Aur Hum. They acted in several films before including Hulchul, Gundaraj, Pyar To Hona Hi Tha, Dil Kya Kare and Raju Chacha.

Veteran actress Tanuja and her daughter Kajol will be seen together on-screen in the live-action cum animation film Toonpur Ka Superrhero. Tanuja will also play Kajol's reel life mom in the movie. While it will be interesting to see the mother-daughter duo on screen after Bekhudi, Toonpur Ka Superhero will also see Ajay and Kajol back together after You Me Aur Hum. Their other movies together include Hulchul, Gundaraj, Pyar To Hona Hi Tha, Dil Kya Kare and Raju Chacha.
