The Boss 305 Mustang owned by Andre in the movie is a 1967, with the original paint job.
The actual owner of the Boss 305 Mustang appears as a background actor in the party scene at Andre's house, where he anxiously made sure that the actors had no metal rivets or other hard objects on the back of their jeans before the shot was filmed in which they sit on the hood of his car. Richard Speas is also credited at the end for providing the vehicle, and again as a Special Thanks.
Some of the background actors at the party at Andre's house are carrying beer bottles. When a crew member was asked why those extras had bottles while the rest of us carried cups, the crew member replied that they "just showed up with the bottles on their own".
