Combine some of the most beautiful photography you have ever seen with a touching story and some downright awful acting. Throw in one of the most mezmerizing music scores you've ever heard, three very funny scenes, two very boring scenes, and one of the most dynamic and emotionally impactful endings you could ever imagine. And whallah! You have Genius.
I couln'd believe it, eventhough many reviewers said it. But it is true. The whole set up and the manner the final scene is executed in is something special. I would rate the ending (and not the movie) over "THE SIXTH SENSE" simply because "GENIUS" has more of a punch and production value.
The end twist of this movie will have you drooling. The photography and music are exceptionally amazing. The acting is many times weak. But it gets into gear in all the places that count. The story is told in a very intelligent way which never gets boring.

With occasional flaws, particularly in the performances, this movie just gets better and better as it goes along.
And ultimately hits a shock of an ending. It is not the ending itself which produces the impact on the audience but the way it is done, the non-stop camera movement, and lush colors, and breathtaking special effects.
What I like best is that the movie deals with sometimes adult themes but in a tasteful way which can be enjoyed by the whole family.
