The film was launched in 1986 and had a limited release in 1993.
When the film was announced Govinda, Farha Naaz and Dipika were signed. They were replaced by Raj Babbar, Meenakshi Sheshadri,Kiran Joneja .
The film did not have a theatrical release in British Columbia, Canada.
Amjad Khan was doing the film but later opted out.
