Big disappointment than part I.

This is the second half of the Golden Highway. This second part is a huge disappointment than the first, because the second part is an obvious political propaganda, and a very lousy one. The entire story of adding a counterrevolutionary trying to sabotage the hydraulic project is a standard common during the era of Cultural Revolution, and considering the political atmosphere, we should not blame the film crew too much because they had no choice.
