When Haru first goes to the Cross Roads to meet Muta, all the banners say "Cross Loads". When Haru goes back again at the end with her friend, one banner says "Cross Roads", but then they all revert to "Cross Loads"
When Muta gets up from his chair, he puts his newspaper down on the chair. In the next shot it has vanished.
In the very first scene of the movie, there is no mailbox in front of the Baron's house. When Haru arrives at the cat bureau, there is a mailbox in front of the house.
When Haru's friend calls to her, she is seen beside a table with a plant and vase. In the next scene, the table is gone and she is somewhere else.
In the beginning when Haru is on the roof and a volleyball hits her head, you see there is a door on the same "floor" they are on. At the end, you see that the door has moved up one level.
