Environmental alert on droughts

Environmental conditions in China was extremely weak to begin with, and due to the disastrous policies of the regime, it is not getting any better. This film points out one of the serious environmental problem of China, drought.

The literal translation of the title is: bit and bit, drop and drop, which symbolize the scarcity of water.
