Two bookish schoolgirls (Debbie Rochon and Miss Kitty) summon a demon, Phil (Tim Ekkebus), who transforms them into a pair of hotties. All Phil asks for in return are the souls of their classmates.
Filthy McNasty is the kind of low-budget, home-made nonsense that makes Troma look sophisticated by comparison, which I imagine is precisely what director Chris Seaver and his fellow reprobates were going for. With such random juvenile lunacy as cool mofo Teen Ape (a man in an ape mask doing a bad Michael Jackson impression), masturbation with poop, and demon sex, this is the kind of film best watched whilst drunk or well and truly baked, with friends, at three in the morning, when everything seems a whole lot funnier.
I wasn't under the influence and watched alone at a very reasonable hour, meaning that I undoubtedly didn't get the full effect, hence my rating of 3/10, but depending on your level of intoxication and propensity for inane drivel, you might just find this hilarious.

Nerdy high school gals Julie (Debbie Rochon) and Liz (Miss Kitty) are picked on by their peers, but get an offer too good to pass up from a weird, nasal-voiced, Goth guy named Julien (Tim Ekkebus). He offers to use a spell to call up a demon that will give the girls good looks and popularity and finally turn him into what he's always wanted to be... a hermaphrodite (?) Meanwhile, Phil the Demon (Ekkebus again) has other plans on his mind, such as crashing a party and slaughtering the guests. A few very funny, very bad taste comic moments stand out in a mess of more lame, groan-inducing gags (including, as someone pointed out below me, masturbation using fecal matter) in this videotaped comedy that gets a little extra mileage from the engaging performances from Rochon, Miss Kitty and Ekkebus. The rest of the cast is atrocious. It uses music from CHILDREN OF THE CORN, 'Hot Popcorn' (formerly used in SHRIEK OF THE MUTILATED) and various other pop songs that I seriously doubt they had the money to pay for.
A friend of mine brought over three Chris Seaver films he'd purchased at the Frightvision 2003 convention in Cleveland. Those were the nearly unwatchable SCROTAL VENGEANCE and the completely unfunny, bottom of the low-budget barrel sequel to this film (FILTHY MCNASTIER: MAXIMUM DOUCHE). Of those three, this is easily the best.

Granted, this is a low-budget film and the entire storyline is pretty redundant. Overall, however, with the tackiness of the film - it *almost* makes it pretty decent. You just have to come to terms with a lot of nonsense and grumbling. Film made in 2002, but the actual movie looks like it came straight from the early 80's. Production value is pretty empty as well.
Okay, to put it as simple as possible: You probably won't like this film. It has its perks of humor, but most people won't really agree with the purpose. It's almost as though a bunch of college students wanted to make a few movies and throw in some nudity and "partial" sex scenes for comedic effect.

Filthy McNasty is a comedy, apparently. Its full of that purile humour that appeals to those about to hit their teens and was a source of several cringes and facepalms.
Standing at only 45 minutes long it tells the story of two girls who make a deal with a demon to be made beautiful but at what cost? Uber low budget, moronic humour, useless cast and a clearly unlicensed soundtrack (At one point a guy starts singing Tenacious D) this is abysmal stuff.
And yet at the same time its one of those films that has to be seen to be believed because its simply THAT bad.
So amateurish in even the IMDb pages creation that it doesn't even have the correct movie poster! And to make matters worse it also spawned 2 sequels, how does such a thing happen?
The Good:
Nope
The Bad: Pretty much every single aspect of the entire film
Things I Learnt From This Movie:
Teen Ape says "Hell, it's better than committing suicide...right?"

I love low budget cinema. I've been a fan of JR Bookwalter ever since the days of "Ozone". Same goes for Kevin Lindenmuth with those "Addicted to Murder" films. We're talking about movies with no budget whatsoever - just a group of people willing to give a project their all. That being said, "Filthy McNasty" is a prime example of how not to make a no budget movie.
From beginning to end, this movie is embarrassing. As another reviewer put it, there's something frustrating about assuming you'll be watching a no budget cheese-fest, but then get stuck watching a bunch of teens goof around on screen together. The movie, presumably realizing its incredibly unfunny, eventually spirals downhill to the point of a six-year-old's kindergarten humor. Rather than anything genuinely funny, we're stuck with shockingly unfunny racist stereotypes and a scene where a man masturbates using feces. Why? I guess we should expect garbage from a man whose other movies are entitled "Mulva, Zmobie Ass Kicker", "12 Inches of Dangling Fury", "Scrotal Vengeance", and "Anal Paprika". Chris Seaver, I hope you read these reviews one day and realize something - if you ever plan on making anything even remotely good, try growing up. Only your friends will tell you this garbage is watchable...
0 out to 10 - One of the absolute worst, by any budget standards

I saw this on the "Dead & Rotting" Special Edition DVD. One thing everyone should know is that there is a difference between low-budget filmmakers and a bunch of juvenile idiots with a camera.
If watching some dude pretend to be masturbating with fecal matter is your cup of tea, then you will be in hog heaven here. If you prefer a good sense of humor and an iota of taste, then don't ever let this junk "film" scorch your eyes. 1/10

Let's get the grossest scene out of the way. It was absolutely horrible and will likely turn anyone off to the rest of the movie. fast forward through it. You will know!
Debbie had a bigger part in this movie than Mulva: Zombie Ass Kicker! She was fantastic as the girl who wanted it all and realized the cost was too great. What! philosophy is this weird film? No, those douches deserved to get carved up for their stupidity.
Whoa! The sex scene ended in a very unexpected manner.
This was some depraved humor from the mind of Chris Seaver, watchable only for the presence of Debbie.

I Love this movie. It's very funny. However, there is some VERY sexually explicit material, so I would not recommend it to everyone. Definitely an 18+.

In all my 53 years of life I finally found the WORST movie on the face of the earth.
2 "ugly" girls make a deal to be "hotter"? first off there hotter that the stupid main character woman and the guys are even worse...I lasted about 5 minutes into it before I just killed it.

Two high school girls are transformed into attractive young ladies after conjuring the demon Filthy McNasty. But the price they must pay is steep: he is going to kill all of their would-be friends!
This film is about as low-budget as you can get, being filmed on what is obviously a home video camera... something high school kids might do in the summer if they're too geeky to join some sporting team. How a low budget film gets distributed and put on Netflix is a real mystery, but this movie accomplishes it.
Also, the actors seem to have very unoriginal styles of voice acting, taking cues from Monty Python and other such comedy classics with absolutely no attempt to cover this up. And somehow the band Tenacious D has become a huge influence on this film, as both a few lines and an entire song ("Double Team") are quoted at length in one scene (complete with a demon midget on guitar). Why be original when you can steal Jack Black's material?
The special effects were horrible: stabbing victims suffer no wounds other than red dye smeared on them. Or maybe not even that, choosing to just fall over and lay still for a while. Only one death (an eye-gouging) was remotely talented.
But if you've seen the other films of Chris Seaver (such as "Mulva: Zombie Ass Kicker") you already know what to expect from this group of misfits who seem to all live in their parents' basements.
And the sad thing is this: the film is incredibly funny. Before I had time to be turned off by the low budget quality, the humor just started busting out of this movie. Constant references to John Stamos made the movie watchable, and one very disturbing scene where a man discovers a new use for feces was so shocking I had to keep watching.
Teen Ape shows up, and I found him to be really funny: part gorilla, part teenage Kirk Cameron. And he is credited as "Teen Ape", which I think adds something to this. Debbie Rochon is also present, known for her work in Troma films ("Tromeo and Juliet", "Terror Firmer" and "Citizen Toxie"). What the connection is between Chris Seaver and Troma, I don't know, but they cross over enough that we could call Seaver's work just a low budget variety of Troma (which is an insult, probably, but not meant to be).
I feel bad recommending this movie, but to the right people (especially teenage and twenty-something males with a sick sense of humor) this might be a hidden treasure. And maybe, just maybe, it's the start of something bigger for Chris Seaver: with a little more talent and real budget, this film could be remade as one of the funniest comedies since "Super Troopers".

This movie I got suggested at 3am by my Google Chromecast, I have never been so happy to see this unhinged masterpiece recommend to me.
The sorry plot is nothing to be excited about but it's an unholy amalgamation of humor and that questionable vhs you saw in your grandpa's closet that he forgot to return to the video store back in 1987.
The lines are oddly quotable and memorable because of their sheer absurdity, they're delivered so horrible and yet so well.
The awful budget is part of the charm and if you can look past the fact that this real and you are indeed watching it, I'd wholly recommend this with a glass of scotch or some green and Early morning like 3am.
It sets the mood and never have I felt more twisted and horrified yet amused.
This movie literally changed my life 10/10.
