Featured review
Using the same moth-eaten sets as a dozen other videos, Joe D'Amato turns the titillating bible saga of the Sin Cities of yore into his typical mechanical hump-fest. Call me a Philistine, but I didn't give a hoot.
Story is not about Philistines but rather two big-dicked Phoenicians who are impressive in the pre-Viagra "get hard and stay that way" department.
After humping and delivering the first of many money shots, the indefatigable twosome are captured by two comically dressed (leather outfits with missing rear end material) female guards and taken to see the Queen of Gomorrah, elegantly played by porn star Kelly Trump wearing a cute little skull cap.
She orders the female warriors to seduce the guys while she voyeuristically masturbates, and then joins in cueing some double-penetration, Phoenician style. It's sort of a variation on the royal taste-tester.
An old coot keeps popping up, declaring that God's wrath is about to wipe out all the sinners, and D'Amato treats us to ultra-cheap stock footage of a volcano erupting or some housing development in Rome (I'm kidding) being knocked down.
English-dubbing is horrendous, with the Queen pronouncing "sword" with a heavy W sound. Idiotic dialog sample: "You cannot order love like a steak, my queen" - tell it to Ruth's Chris. (That dumb corporate name probably inspired the equally moronic D'Amato porn actor's moniker: "Juno's Stud".)
The Phoenicians' beautiful wives (Ursula Moore and Maria Papp, upstaging Trump with their spectacular figures) try to free their men by seeking help from the king of neighboring Sodom, Urtho. In this role Frank Gun has very campy gold eye makeup on; given his XXX prowess I guess he's not afraid of being called a sissy.
D'Amato displays so little imagination that instead of advancing the "story" forward, he stages another five-some involving the Queen, her femme warriors and the Phoenician studs.
After that blows over, the Phoenician wives arrive before the Queen. Trump merely taunts them by having the girls hog-tied and forced to watch their husbands being serviced by the femme warriors.
The Queen goes to visit the king of Sodom and challenges him to a contest "to the last orgasm". That sounds promising, but it amounts to more mechanical sex, leading to the non-ending of the duo humping away as stock footage disaster is shown.
For most of the film the cast is clad merely in foot-gear plus the Queen's funny-looking beanie. Other than that, this is routine D'Amato sex for sex's sake, fortunately made watchable by casting of such beautiful and bountiful women.
