It's pretty difficult to give this a rating on the traditional five star (double to make ten star) scale, as it doesn't really involve all the elements that most people use to distinguish such things. For instance, I break the stars up to elements such as acting, plot, and writing. This has none of those, really, and even though I'm familiar with various avant garde movements this isn't really experimental as much as just a light and fun exploration of color and form.
Mostly, it's a great mix of different sort of animation techniques, most really fun to watch and, well, lovely. There's not much more to it than that, though it is a bit repetitive in ways. It's probably most interesting to those who focus directly on animation or aspire to work in the form themselves. In that sense it's very inspiring... but for anybody looking for a traditional animation, it's something you might find interesting but maybe won't care too much about.
