The film One Man Show is a cinematic work belonging to the genres of comedy, thriller and drama. It was directed by Shafi.
The narrative revolves around the story of a young advocate named Jayakrishnan. He did not flourish in his chosen profession. Consequently, he was unable to secure any cases in which to act as an advocate. He resides in a spacious residence with his uncle and daughter, Radhika. Additionally, they were both engaged in the practice of law, which demanded a considerable amount of their time and attention. Jayakrishnan and Radhika have been engaged in a romantic relationship since childhood. He desires to marry her. In order to gain the approval of his uncle, he took on the case of an intellectual madman, Harinarayanan, who had been incarcerated in a mental hospital for over a decade. After overcoming numerous obstacles, Jayakrishnan emerged victorious in this case. However, he was obliged to assume responsibility for Harinarayanan for a period of three months. Subsequently, Jayakrishnan and Radhika were wed. However, Harinarayanan began to display symptoms of mental illness. He disrupted the stability of their married life. Jayakrishnan was eager to avoid any contact with him. However, all of his efforts ultimately proved futile. Jayakrishnan had to exhibited symptoms of mental illness in front of his family. At last, the truth was revealed. However, Jayakrishnan and Radhika lost all their wealth and were incarcerated for the loss caused by Harinarayanan. While incarcerated, on parole, Jayakrishnan participated in a television programme for financial gain. The film was shown in its entirety, in accordance with the manner in which the story was conveyed by Jayakrishnan in the programme. He won the programme with the help of Harinarayanan, who was of an intellectual calibre. The film's climax was engaging.
