Mixing a typically 80's ninja movie with the 2D's side scrolling platform of the 8-bits NES (Nintendo Entertaintment System), Ryu Hayabusa is a young ninja who has found a letter from his father the day after he died in a life-or-death duel. Following the letter and his father's last will, Ryu takes the Dragon Sword of Hayabusa's family and he goes to America looking for an old man called Walter Smith. But to his arrival Ryu must fight all kind of enemies that they try to kill him, in addition to a final boss in all levels. Things complicate after the apparition of a mysterious girl who giving him a bizarre statue, resulting eventually that the girl is a CIA's agent and her boss Foster explains him that the statue is part of a terrible danger that only he can stop, incarnated in a man called Guardia de Mieux, who names himself Jaquio. Climb the walls, take items to have more power and weapons, defeat final bosses and face Jaquio to revenge your father, but look out: if in the last level you die fighting against the final boss, you'll must to cross all the last level from the beginning.—Chockys
