The Kingdom of Greenvalley and its King and Queen are blessed by the birth of a beautiful baby girl named Princess Snow White. The little girl grows happy and healthy. Following her fourth birthday, Snow White's mother, Queen Rosebud, falls ill and leaves the land of the living. But, before she passes away, she makes the King promise that he will remarry.

The second wife of Snow White's father turns out to not only be an evil, selfish, ambitious woman, but also one who dabbles in sorcery while her husband risks his life in the war. When Chrystel realizes that Snow White's nanny, Molly, wants to protect the girl from the cruel intentions of her stepmother, she makes her life impossible, finally dismissing her from the castle altogether.

After dismissing Molly, Chrystel feels she holds all the reins of power. Thus, she decides to host a banquet enabling her to overtly flaunt her beauty. During the banquet, Snow White meets Richard, Prince of Albertville, with whom she immediately strikes up a firm friendship. After questioning her magic mirror, Chrystel is horrified to learn that she is no longer the most beautiful one of all.

Snow White disobeys her stepmother's orders, escapes from her room, and accompanies Richard en route to his own castle. In doing so, she then meets Richard's father, Count Robert of Albertville, Governor of the County, who praises the generosity and the courage of King Conrad (Snow White's father). When Snow White returns home she is punished by her stepmother once again.

After having been separated from Richard, Snow White tries to live happily in the castle. However, Chrystel, having since discovered that her beauty is now dwarfed by that of the girl, is put into such a state of anguish that she commissions a hunter named Samson to kill Snow White. The next day she enacts her evil plan by persuading Snow White to take a walk in the woods with him.

Snow White's stepmother is delighted, for she believes the hunter eliminated the girl once and for all. However, Snow White is actually wandering through the woods, trying desperately to understand why Chrystel would want her killed. Snow White is then befriended by a little squirrel, Piki, who leads her into a log cabin. Exhausted, Snow White enters the little house, eats some bread and naps.

Snow White settles into her new, peaceful, happy life with the seven dwarfs and, little by little, learns more about each and every one of them. Gourmet is an excellent cook, Goldie is always criticizing everything, Camomile is an expert in mushrooms and medicinal herbs, while Woody makes a bed just the right size for her.

Jolly finds out, unbeknownst to him, that each one of the dwarfs wants to give Snow White a special gift. Gourmet has decided to bake her a cake, Vet is going to knit her a woolen jacket, Goldie has a pair of precious earrings, and Camomile has made a perfume from the scent of flowers. So as not to be left out, Jolly gives Snow White a bunch of flowers.

Snow White tells Piki, the squirrel, about her friends. The dwarfs are then frightened when Jolly announces he has seen a huge man walking in the woods that surround their house and the mine. In reality, the huge man is Samson the hunter. He has found Snow White's pets Milk, Pocket and Cucù and wants to reunite them with the girl.

The days pass peacefully in the seven dwarfs' cabin in the woods, but Snow White is sad because Samson has told her that a letter from Richard is about to arrive at the castle and she thinks she will never be able to read it. The dwarfs decide to keep a close watch on Green Valley Castle road so that they can steal the letter from the messenger. Unfortunately, things do not go according to plan.

The dwarfs plan to raid the castle to recover Richard's letter that Snow White is anxious to read. Camomile, Goldie and Jolly are chosen to carry out the raid. Intrepidly, they slip into the castle and after various adventures (and misadventures), they discover the letter is in the Queen's bedroom. A split second away from success, the Queen enters her room and the three must hide under her bed!

Jolly, Goldie and Camomile have sneaked into the Queen's castle in order to retrieve a letter that Richard has written to Snow White. Unfortunately, just as they nearly complete their mission, they are spotted by Chrystel, who calls her guards and orders them to search every nook and cranny until the intruders are apprehended.

Snow White writes a letter back to Richard and gives it to Cucù. Jolly, however, is a little jealous of Snow White's feelings for Richard, and goes into a sulk. Feeling sorry for Jolly, Snow White tries to talk to him, but she gets nowhere. In the meantime, her stepmother prepares a potion that magically transforms into a ribbon, and has this delivered to Snow at the house of the seven dwarfs.

In order to heal Snow White, Boss decides to cut down his tree. A tree that was planted for him at birth, in the woods of life, that will watch over every step of his life. However, Boss has decided to sacrifice himself and his tree for the life of Snow White. By using the wood of Boss' tree to make a new binding for the Book of Knowledge, the dwarfs effectively lend the tree a new life.

It is a day of Thanksgiving in the woods, and Boss organizes a game requiring both ability and courage in which the dwarfs and Snow White participate. Divided into couples, the competitors must pass through the six woods that surround the dwarfs' house and leave ribbons at specific spots. However, Boss is worried that something might happen to Snow White, so he gives the dwarfs magic ribbons.

Queen Chrystel is collecting the ingredients to make a beauty treatment for wrinkles, and orders her soldiers to catch an entire swarm of butterflies so that she can use the powder they have on their wings. Worried by the disappearance of the beautiful insects, Snow White and the dwarfs find a way to free them.

Thanks to Cucù, Snow White receives a letter from Richard. Concerned that the girl is always sad and melancholy, Pocket, Milk and Cucù ask Vet to teach them how to speak with humans. Vet gives them a magic spell that will change the girl into a rabbit for a day and a night. Snow White takes advantage of her new appearance to spend an entire day with her animal friends.

Snow White wishes she could fly like a bird in the sky, and the dwarfs want to make her wish come true. They consult the Book of Knowledge and discover a huge plant that might be just what they're looking for. But once they are in the sky, the dwarfs and Snow White head out in the wrong direction and end up in the Ice Kingdom which is ruled by an evil Queen.

Suddenly, things start disappearing in the dwarfs' house. The culprits turn out to be an appealing family belonging to "the people who live on loans." These strange people escaped from their own territory in the wake of a terrible war, and during their wanderings, they "borrowed" things they needed from the houses where they stayed. Queen Chrystel continues to have nightmares because she is not absolutely sure that Snow White has been eliminated once and for all. To verify her suspicion, she sends her faithful bat on an exploratory mission, but the dwarfs see it coming and lead it up the garden path. Before returning to its mistress however, the bat sees Snow White in the woods and is overcome by the girl's kindness.

The time has come for Jolly to leave on the educational journey that all dwarfs must take when they reach a certain age, to prove to the dwarf community that they have achieved adulthood. But Jolly is reluctant to leave because he doesn't want to be separated from Snow White. He goes to the dwarf King to ask to be excused from making the journey. In the end, the King convinces Jolly to leave.

During the educational journey, Jolly and Snow White find an elven egg. Legend has it that newborn elves must be raised, not by their parents but, by outsiders who do not belong to their species. It is up to Jolly to act as a foster father for little Poppy until he becomes an adult elf. This experience will help Jolly complete his educational journey.

During Jolly's journey, he and Snow White are captured by Goblins, the elves. Goby, the goblin prince, ardently wants to marry Snow White. In order to save the girl, Jolly must climb a legendary mountain, find a precious fruit called a Karon and bring one back before sunset. However, the mountain peak is bewitched, and Jolly cannot reach it. In the end, a female goblin Memole helps Jolly.

During Jolly's educational journey, Jolly and Snow White meet a small, inept fairy called Milfe. Immediately, they make friends and she decides to accompany them. The fairy is still growing up, and her problem is that she cannot decide what to do with her life. Snow White and Jolly help Milfe, and, in return, receive the third and final charm needed to complete the journey.

Trying to trace its origin, she enters a cavern and finds a sword stuck in the living rock. The voice is that of Milarka, the genie of the light, and victim of a spell that has turned her into the sword.

Snow White goes to see Ralph's best friend, Jack, and asks him to speak with the little rascal and persuade him to give the brooch back. But Jack is convinced his friend is innocent, and in the end he manages to prove it and win Snow White's friendship.

Jack solves the riddle posed to him by the fairy and beats the monstrous Gulfy, but unfortunately the poisoned comb proves too powerful.

Prince Goby and his fiancée, Memole, arrive at the log cabin in the woods to visit Jolly and Snow White. The prince and the dwarfs get into an argument over Snow White's condition and the prince storms out of the house. Soon, however, he regrets his behavior and to make amends decides to return to his palace and get his magic sword, thinking he might be able to use it to relieve Snow's suffering.

With the help of the evil spirit, Snow White's stepmother gains power over Memole and all the Goblins, except prince Goby. Luckily, Goby and the others realize what's going on and escape by the skin of their teeth. They seek refuge in the mine, running deep underground, and there to their surprise, they find Milarka's magic sword and use it to defend themselves against the possessed Goblins.

Milarka tries to help Snow and her friends in their attempt to stop the Goblins but her efforts are in vain. However, Boss remembers how, in his youth,he'd defeated Ronny thanks to a medallion he won during his educational journey, and how he gave the locket to the old tree on the shores of Lake Sophie. Jolly still has this medallion and, after recovering the locket, manages to stop the monster.

Thanks to the love medallion, Goby's sword, and Milarka's powers, Ronny is defeated once and for all. Memole and the Goblins are finally set free and Snow White and the dwarfs are safe. But Snow White is still a victim of a spell that every day makes her fall into a trance at sunset. In the end, Memole finds a way to free her of the spell.

Snow White doesn't want her friends to risk their lives for her any longer, and so decides to give herself up to the Queen. She leaves the dwarfs' house without telling them, and then goes to the village to say goodbye to Molly and the children. In the meantime, Richard arrives at Greenvalley castle to inquire about Snow White. The Queen takes advantage of his visit.

At last, Richard and Snow White meet up and decide to go to the castle in order to persuade the Queen to give up her evil plans, but Chrystel has no intention of giving in, and sets a trap for the two lovebirds. Luckily, Richard and Snow White are saved by Samson the hunter and by Jolly and Woody, who had gone looking for her, after having discovered the girl's disappearance.

Richard is wounded in the shoulder but he insists on returning to his own castle to enlist the aid of his soldiers. When he reaches his castle, the evil Queen's soldiers are waiting for him, and they would have killed him, but Jack saves him by diverting the soldiers' attention. Once again, Richard is obliged to leave Snow White to the care of the dwarfs, and also to Samson and Jack.

Snow White spends her days with the seven dwarfs, and after Richard leaves, Jack goes around behind the waterfall to speak with Milarka who tells him that Queen Chrystel is not as evil as people think. We then learn that the Queen's actions are in fact dictated to her by her grandmother, jealous of her beauty. Now that Chrystel is getting older, her grandmother wishes to possess Snow's beauty.

After learning the truth about himself, Jack goes into the woods with a bunch of poisonous flowers that the Queen has given to him to deliver to Snow White. However, he doesn't see through with the delivery. Instead, he tells Snow White he is in love with her and asks if she could ever feel the same about him. Snow White's astonishment turns to incredulity when Jack tells her what he just learned.

The evil Queen sets a trap for Richard and imprisons him in a world without time or space, while the seven dwarfs are trapped by a rockslide in their mine. Concerned for the dwarfs' safety, Snow White tries to reach them, but she is caught in a magic rainbow, and then taken away to wander in a dimension without time or space.

However, the Queen soon discovers where they are, and sets a trap for Snow White making her believe Richard is being held prisoner in the castle, and that he will only be freed if she comes there in person.

After learning from Flora the fairy that Richard is safe and sound, Snow White is kidnapped by Jack, who is completed dominated by her stepmother. She has ordered him to take the girl into the enchanted forest, without telling him that once they enter the forest there is no way to leave it. However, the elves and fairies recognize Jack as their lord and prince; he is the only one who can leave.

The evil Queen will do anything, even at the cost of turning the whole world to stone, in order to possess the body of Snow White, who has found three of the elements and is still on the search for the spirit Mother Earth. Jonas gives her renewed hope, explaining that perhaps it can be found on the sacred mountain of Saintvilleux.

On the mountain peak, Snow White, Jonas and the seven dwarfs invoke the power of the fourth element, the element of Mother Earth. Unfortunately, the wave of petrifaction overcomes them. Only Snow White is saved because she has acquired the powers of Mother Earth, and now, with Jonas, she goes to Milarka's sword in order to find a way to save her friends and the world of Nature.

Snow White manages to restore Milarka's energy, but the sword can only be unsheathed from the rock and wielded by prince Richard, so she waits for him to arrive at the dwarfs' house. In the meantime, the entire forest and her friends have been turned to stone. Snow White is desperate, but she hears the voices of Jack and Flora floating on the wind warning her to watch out for a poisoned apple.
