I really like this show, Dallas and Jamie are a winning pair and never fail to entertain. Of Course, Jamie's jokes may not be always funny, but laughing at the other peoples laugh is pretty funny.
I'm going to keep watching this show as I really do like it. George and Ciaran are great actors and I hope Custer's dream comes true.

It was a lazy, summer Wednesday afternoon when i got home from school and tucked into a nice Choc Ice. I turned on the television, not expecting to find anything of worth on it. Perhaps another Byker Grove repeat or a programme of that ilk. However, I discovered a programme of true genius, hilarity and genius - CUSTERS LAST STAND UP. On my first watch of it i was foaming from the mouth because i was so excited by it. It was just so funny. Not only is Custer (or the funny boy) a very good looking chap, only outclassed by his geeky and somewhat dashing companion (his only fault is his teeth really - bit of a funny mouth) but Custer always seems to find a way of putting a smile on the face of every person he meets. Of course this may not be a smile, but a sort of evil and annoyed face, with a bit of pity and despair for Custer who seems to think he is funny - but isn't very. If anything he should go into modelling. The story only really comes alive with the clever sub plot running through the series of the relationship between Custer and his geeky friend. The tension is at times unbarable as they struggle with their sexuality, trying to hold back their throbbing passion for one another. This desire is only ever quenched with the odd smile (although Custers friends teeth are somewhat off putting when he smiles) or the occasional touch of each others hand, at times nearing the nether regions. It is a shame the BBC did not cast another series as they really could have exploited this story line and turned it into a really modern day romance.
However, on reflection, Custers Last Stand Up is mostly awful, with the odd bit of pleasure, mainly the end credits, and again the innuendo between Custer and his dashing, tooth friend. Well worth checking out if your bored.
