Goofs

(at around 13 mins) At the beginning of the film, young Kyle has two small (unexplained) scratches on the upper part of his left cheek which appear to be about an inch and a half at most. The next morning, a close-up of Kyle shows two very large (approx. 4"-5") slashes on the upper and lower portion of his cheek, as well as what may be a third across his left collar bone. In the preceding and subsequent shots, Kyle is seen with the original small scratches.

(at around 46 mins) When Michael is receiving the shot prior to going into the deprivation tank, there is no needle in the syringe.

Actually, the drug is being administered through a peripheral venous access, so the syringe does not need a needle.

(at around 45 mins) While Kyle is driving a car with no windshield, his hair doesn't move.

Many of the Australian actor's native accents are sometimes heard.

Wires clearly seen on Caitlin's back, when Michael falls in lighthouse sequence.

(at around 38 mins) When Michael gets trapped in hospital bathroom, Caitlin tries to pry open the lock from the outside with a fire extinguisher even though one of the shots in the sequence clearly shows that the door is actually not bolted from inside.

(at around 55 mins) Caitlin's mouth is not moving when she says, "Let's stay under the bed."

(at around 57 mins) There is a power blackout during the storm and we see all the lights go out over the town and yet, inexplicably, the elevator works in the hospital. If there was an emergency generator working in the hospital, the lights would have been on.

The tooth fairy is sensitive to light, no matter how dim, Yet she is shown flying around during the storm with no reactions to the very bright and near constant lightning.

It is established early that The Tooth Fairy is afraid of and very sensitive to light. Not just bright light. Any light. Therefore, no one should be able to see her because you need light to see anything. Otherwise, it would be recoiling from the pain of being in a light source.

(at around 1h 2 mins) There's no way Matt could have known to drive his truck into that part of the hospital at that exact time and just far enough to not kill or maim any of the protagonists.
