Pierre Neuville has lost his wife Odile who died in an air attack on 3th of July 1940 and their 3 Years old son has disappeared. Pierre has been prisoner of war and now has decided to find his son, near the place of the air attack Pierre meets a farmer, a garage owner and then a catholic priest who mentions that the lost children have been sent to the orphanage Saint-Joseph. He will meet André, a boy with the same age as his lost son. Pierre feels well with André. Also Rose notices that Pierre and André are well together. But the story becomes more complicated and dramatic.

A good dramatic film with great performances of Jim Redler (la traversée du port, Les Inséparables) , David Houri, Robin Renucci, Anne Jacquemin and Anny Duperey.
