I thoroughly enjoyed this making-of-the-movie documentary, and I wish there were more like it. It was interesting and charming and satisifyingly candid. It was nice to hear everybody's different perspectives about the movie, instead of just hearing from the two major stars, though their interviews were helpful and funny. I particularly liked the battle-of-the-sexes discussion between the two screenwriters and Barbra and Ryan's friendly banter. Ryan was so disarmingly cute when Barbra tells him, "You were pretty good in the ring," and he replies, "Well, that's because the cameras were rolling... and you were there. I wanted to impress you." They seem to have a very easy-going relationship, which very apparent in the movie. I highly recommend this documentary. If you've seen The Main Event, if you plan on seeing The Main Event, if you want to see The Main Event, you should also see this documentary.
