First time Tigger is voiced by Jim Cummings alongside Pooh Bear full time (his original voice actor Paul Winchell is only used for archived segments).
Peter Cullen provides the voice of Eeyore in archived segments while Gregg Berger voices the character in newly animated scenes. Both voice actors have worked together in The Transformers (1984) and other Transformers media.
This is the only Disneytoon Studios film to be composed by Steve Nelson and Thomas Richard Sharp who eventually became a recurring composers after David Newman, Mark Watters, Carter Burwell, Carl Johnson, Rachel Portman, Harvey Cohen, Lennie Niehaus and Nick Glennie-Smith.
