Note that all films made before 1923 are in the public domain, which means any distributor can legally sell copies of them without paying royalties. This film could turn up--or may have already turned up--on any number of silent comedy collections. Beware. Some small distributors market copies of public domain films with poor picture and sound. Others are more prestigious and deliver good transfers of the best available prints. Shop around.
