Today is Joe's birthday and his mother leaves to go to work and for Joe to have his party without her! But they don't have a lot of money, so Joe decides to make his own birthday cake...with horrific results.

What Joe doesn't realize is that Jackie (who is rich in this one) is also having a party that same day and time. So, the kids plan on first going to Jackie's and eating....and then going to Joe's. Sadly, Joe doesn't know that and so far his birthday stinks. Is there any hope for Joe to still have a happy birthday?

This is a cute film...not among the Gang's best but still cute and enjoyable. And, I really liked Farina's present!
