Wayne, a 21-year-old African-American addict, sits in his New York City apartment and raps about the Vietnam War, race relations and drugs. Even if his insights were original or compelling, it is hard to take 71 minutes of tedious talk. The only action comes when two of Wayne's buddies stop by and shoot up heroin. This film might be put to good use as a educational study on what happens to people that take hard drugs, but it does not make a good theatrical feature.
