Cockroach Dee Dee gets trapped in a bottle and is then captured by Oggy. Oggy locks Dee Dee up in the refrigerator and now Joey and Marky will attempt to rescue their friend.
After Oggy consumes a piece of glowing chocolate (obviously placed by the roaches), Oggy transforms into a cockroach himself, much to the cockroaches' amusement. Little by little, Oggy gets used to his new appearance. Then Jack shows up.

As a prank, the cockroaches inflate Oggy's belly, making him think that he is pregnant. However, he will soon find out that only girls can have babies, and not boys.
Oggy takes driving lessons from a blind and partially deaf driving instructor and the cockroaches interfere, shifting the experience into chaos around town.
A mouse makes his way into Oggy's household, taking whatever he wants, namely food and shelter. Oggy has a fear of mice, and even the cockroaches are not getting on well with this uninvited guest.
Oggy is playing with his doll and its included playhouse. The cockroaches, however, have taken the playhouse for themselves and when Marky spots the doll, he falls in love with it and marries it.

Poor Oggy, as usual, gets in an accident involving Jack against the cockroaches in retaliation of his cake being eaten, ending up being squashed into a disk.
Overweight Oggy decides to keep fit, much to the dismay of the cockroaches. They decide to perform the usual sabotages to make sure that Oggy stays the way he is.
Dee Dee is just swimming on Oggy's yogurt, when, unknown to him, Oggy drinks it up, and Dee Dee along with it. Dee Dee then travels around Oggy's insides and decides to give Oggy the mother of all indigestions.
Oggy desperately needs to use the bathroom, but the cockroaches have it occupied and do all what they can to keep him out of it. Eventually Oggy manages to use the bathroom but the cockroaches end up trapping him there.
The cockroaches rent Oggy's house to a redneck who literally kicks Oggy out. In order to get his house back, Oggy finally rents it out to an obese wrestler who is even bigger, or worse.
Oggy and Jack are going fishing but Oggy tries to catch the cockroaches as baits - and these baits sure can bite back. In the end, the bait captures the cockroaches and uses them as fishing baits.
Taking a simple bath soon escalates into a desperate struggle for Oggy when the cockroaches deflate his floating ring, especially when Oggy is extremely afraid of water.
Oggy's granny comes to visit. It is her birthday, and all what she wants is three dead cockroaches. However, after Oggy's granny caught both Marky and Joey, she saw Dee Dee being sad after this situation.
Oggy has found a lot of new toys for him to play with during Christmas Eve, but when an extended boxing glove punches Jack, his brain gets knocked out of him and the cockroaches use it as a toy.
