The show was initially pitched to The WB (whose Warner Bros. Television company produced the show), but executive producer Joel Silver insists it would work as a UPN show.
The episode titles are named after song titles, (mostly from the 1980's), as follows :

5. Even Better Than The Real Thing (U2)
6. Use your Illusion (Guns n Roses)

8. I wear My Sunglasses at Night (Corey Hart)
