Benjamin Carr had written the original screenplay for the Full Moon film, Witchouse. However, his draft was scrapped after Full Moon decided they wanted something more in the vein of "Night of the Demons". Carr's script was later filmed and released as the 2001 film, Stitches.

Charles Band came up with the title for the film, but David DeCoteau and Matthew Jason Walsh came up with everything else, including the characters.
The only entry in the Witchouse franchise to have been directed by David DeCoteau, or anyone other than J.R. Bookwalter.
