"Raped by an Angel 4:The Raper's Union" features three rapists led by Ben Ng of "Red to Kill" fame.Ng plays an ex-CIA worker who uses the latest in miniature technology to peep and prod into the lives of his victims, notably lovely novelist Suki Kwan.He and his two rapist friends form a close union to rape as many young Chinese girls as they could."Raped by an Angel 4" is a cheesy and mildly amusing exploitation flick that offers a little bit of sleaze plus some clever jokes. It also has Anthony Wong in a small role as the ancestor of rapists. There are some moments of rape and terror, but there is not enough sleazy exploitation or nasty violence for my liking.Overall,I prefer watching more serious Cat III fare over this one.My rating:6 out of 10.

This fourth entry in The Raped By An Angel series sees Wong Jing step up from his role of producer to take the directorial reins, the prolific film-maker adding some action scenes to the well-worn formula of sleaze and more sleaze, as well as getting Cat III legends Ben Ng (of Red to Kill) and Anthony Wong (The Untold Story, Ebola Syndrome) to join in the fun. The Raper's Union also sees the return of Athena Chu as sexy policewoman Po-Wan, last seen in Raped by an Angel 2: The Uniform Fan.
Ng plays wealthy ex-CIA agent/architect Daniel, a prolific rapist whose tally includes 71 women in the U.S. alone, and who is now continuing his criminal activity in Hong Kong. To assist him in his work, Daniel recruits two escaped rapists (one of whom also likes to kill his victims), who are only too happy to join in, especially when they see that their new associate has his own dungeon in which he keeps naked women chained up, ready for abuse.
Daniel uses high-tech spy equipment to bug the house of his sexy neighbour, romantic fiction writer Kwan Shi-han (Suki Kwan). When Kwan hosts a gathering of female friends at her home, the trio of rapists make their move. Meanwhile, cops Po-Wan and Fai (Kwan's boyfriend, played by Nick Cheung) are hot on the trail of the sexual predators, but even with the help of ex-rapist Human Milk Drinking Doctor (Anthony Wong), will they be able to stop Kwan and her pals from becoming victims of Daniel and his demented pals?
Slick, fast paced, with plenty of nudity, a smidge of violence, and incongruous humour that only adds to the tastelessness, The Raper's Union is a thoroughly entertaining piece of exploitation from start to finish, with Ng once again impressing as a total loony (his AIDS quip being the most outrageous moment). The violence is nasty in tone but not overly graphic, which is a tad disappointing (the grittier and gorier the better in my opinion), but the sex is plentiful, and the film closes with a neat slasher style showdown between Kwan and Daniel, the latter donning a Scream-like mask and cape getup to stalk his victim (as well as somehow painting himself white to pose as a garden statue!).
Not an 'essential' Cat III (the aforementioned Red to Kill and The Untold Story are still the best the genre has to offer, in my opinion), but still a fun (i.e. totally un-PC) way to waste some time. 7/10.

Wong Jing takes the directorial reins for this fourth installment of the Raped By an Angel series. He doesn't dissapoint his fans either with the results. Mr. Wong bashes SUV's (Hollywood's and Americans' latest vehicle fad), the internet, Enemy of the State and other Hollywood films. He even takes Basic Instinct and the lesbian craze to task. Anthony Wong Chau-sang makes a cameo apperence as the Human Milk Drinking Dr. (He attacks lactating women just to drink their breast milk). Ben Ng portrays his usual SOB role, Wong Jing's latest discoveries Nick Cheung and Suki Kwan (hubba-hubba) star in this crazy movie.
Synopsis: A romance writer (Suki Kwan) suffering from writer's block deals with her doofy cop boyfriend (Nick Cheung) and her new mysterious ABC neighbor (Ben Ng). Nick's partner is Athene Chu (A cop from RBA 2, her sister was raped and killed by another weirdo that loved women in uniforms). Ben turns out to be a rouge CIA agent that becomes obssesed with Suki. In between thinking about ravaging Suki, he frees Hong Kong's two most notorious rapists (one of them is Dr. Lamb) and starts to form a raper's union!!!? What follows is so farcial that it has to be seen to be believed. **** out of ****. Check it out at your favorite H.K. video store. This movie is not a Cat. III (thanks to the Mainland censor board).

If you like pointless exploitation stuff this is an excellent choice. After producing the first three movies in this serie, schlockmaestro Wong Jing directed this one and it shows. The pace of the movie never slows down, and by being totaly over the top the tasteless subject of this movie is far easier to accept than in other movies of this kind. Although made on a low budget the film looks very nice with good camerawork and an atractive cast.If you like the outrageous work of producer/director Wong Jing you should watch this one!
