I caught THREESOME on a late night satallite channel and was very puzzled as to what it was trying to be . In many ways it resembles a very poor soap opera about three yuppie flatmates with an erotic US anthology series like HOT LINE or EROTIC CONFESSIONS mixed into the format
Anneka Svenska plays Helen , Taylor Dean plays David and Emily Booth plays Eve . Eve wants to play with David , David wants to play with Eve and Helen while Helen only wants David to play with her . That`s how the premise goes but I don`t want to give the impression it`s a hot , sexy show because it`s not . Most the sex scenes ( Which don`t feature in every single episode ! ) comprise of Helen ( Who`s a novelist ) writing an erotic passage from the book she`s working on - Cut to bodybuilder and lap dancer take part in a not very exciting simulated sex scene as Helen`s voice over describes the sexy action
I don`t know if it`s a drama dressed up as a sex show or a sex show dressed up as a drama but whatever it`s trying to be it fails
