I don't know how can you get a copy of this movie if you are foreigner but i assure you that this is not only one of the best Bulgarian movies ever, but also this film contains in my opinion one of the best endings i've ever seen. An ending that always manage to move me deeply. I'm not sure also if a foreigner or at least people from Western Europe and America will get it. It's a comedy but it's far from the Hollywood comedies nowadays because it's really funny and rarely relies on slapstick humor. And of course there much more... I don't know how the government allowed its release because in my opinion the movie manages to make fun of the authorities and all this guys from the orchestra are walking around with their long hair and they are playing The Beatles. There's even a nude scene, not very graphic of course. This movie was made 8 years before the fall of the Regime and in my opinion it's really about freedom and also shows what was like in our country in these times
