Not helped by the shredded nature of the Dragon Art Theatre print used by Something Weird on Vol 130 of its DVD-R two-fer series, SEX CAPER is an incoherent, non-arousing porn programmer.
You know you're in trouble when the beautiful Kandi Barbour is seen for a moment lounging by the pool in the opening scene, never to return. Besides that waste of talent, another lounger, Lisa De Leeuw, encores only as a sex-extra in a later orgy sequence featuring always reliable Maria Tortuga.
A couple of jerks plot a caper which evidently involves human trafficking, quoting a price of $20,000 a girl. But there's no attempt at action footage or even interesting confrontations.
A tall and lovely beauty with a Carole Bouquet sang-froid attitude and hopelessly inept monotone dialog delivery is the central heroine. She's certainly pretty but deadly boring, even in the sex scenes.
A Russian Roulette climax is ineptly directed, with "THE END" card popping up on screen just as the guy puts gun to head.
