Rakesh Roshan's first production was Aap Ke Deewane which didn't do too well, then produced the successful Kaamchor. Then he produced Jaag Utha Insaan which was good film, but didn't do well. Then he produced Bhagwan Dada.
J.Omprakash had directed this film for his son in law Rakesh Roshan, who was also the producer of this film. Hrithik Roshan played the role of a young boy and his role in the film was very important and he worked with his father, grandfather, Rajnikanth, Danny, Tina and Sridevi in this film in his earlier stage as actor all important film personalities. After Bhagwaan Dada, Rakesh Roshan decided to stop acting and direct films himself and started Khudgarz, which became successful. There was no looking back then.
