Mechanical Violator Hakaider was one of the films that were featured in the 1995 Toei Super Hero Fair, alongside Choriki Sentai Ohranger and Juukou B-Fighter.
Bijinder's theme from Kikaider 01 is used for the theme song of Kaoru.
A film featuring Bijinder was planned. It would've acted as a sequel to the film and would've recast Mai Hosho as Kaoru. However, the plan was never materialized.
Kazuhiko Inoue, who voices Mikhail in the film, was hired due to him being involved with Keita Amemiya's previous film, Zeriam 2.
