Start of the movie shows a male's backside waist down pouring water out of a kettle into a bath as if he were urinating. There are multiple times when boys are shown urinating into buckets or in a communal urinal without any nudity. There are drawn images of penis with testicles, and model of the front of a women's body form the waist to above the knees made of some plastic material that is shown in detail briefly and is thrown onto a woman's body. Two adults are shown to be having sex in bed with only the chest up shown outside of the covers. No nudity however.

An older boy gets circumcised and we hear him scream.

We see bloody cuts on a man's face after being beaten and cuts on a boy's face after he's been in a fight.

A man beats his son, somewhat graphic as his eye and cheek are cut with small amount of blood. He then beats his wife, but contact isn't shown as the attacker is stood in the way.

A man slaps another man repeatedly and a boy punches another in the face.

A man threatens his son with a knife. People are hit, slapped and punched throughout some are comic but not all.
