Frenchy

Olive Oyl has a new French Poodle, Frenchy. She forces Popeye to walk her. He's embarrassed and that's before running into Bluto who is walking his dog, Killer.

This has a long section with only the dogs. This is more their story than Popeye's. Frenchy is ok but the design could be better. This is fine. It does need more Popeye as a Popeye cartoon unless they considered making Frenchy a show regular. I don't think they did that so that's a minor fail.
