One Giant Leap for Mankind

This doc is now on YouTube so everyone can see it and see how much it is still in the public consciousnesses. I weep every time. Pierre Jalbert does a marvelous take on Jules Verne! Buzz Aldrin quotes the old King James Bible - Psalm 9. There are crackling good dialog exchanges with mission control. There is home movie footage from inside the capsule. The music is perfect, and I am sure influenced by "2001: A Space Odyssey" - released the year before. Would love to watch this with my grandkids. Von Braun is still one of my heroes.
