Jaime Nicole Dudney, Barbara's real-life daughter, portrays her Aunt Irlene in this movie. Just over 25 years earlier, she had also portrayed her Aunt Irlene on the "Barbara Mandrell and the Mandrell Sisters" (1980) variety show, in flashback skits of when the sisters were younger.
