This movie is one of the worst Danish movies ever produced. It lacks screenplay, dialogue and the genius acting sported in the first movie in the series. Even the third movie: 'Walter & Carlo i Amerika' is far better. The only good thing you can say about this movie is that the former Danish prime minister Poul Schlütter (when the movie was produced he actually WAS prime minister) appears as Walter's neighbour.

First of all. This movie is by my opinion far the best of the three movies in this serie. It has all the humor and gags such a movie needs. Far out sound effects, crazy inventions and.. In general.. This is a MUST if you like me loves those great danish movies. Too bad its not currently out on dvd or it would be in my collection.

Is this another one in the long list of extremely poor movies produced by the phlegmatic Danish cinema? Yes it is. Somehow the truly excellent "The Odd Couple" with Walter Matthau and Jack Lemon came to mind but only to convincingly endorse how bad of a movie "Walter og Carlo" actually is.
