Jennifer Savidge (Dr. Lois Coutu) and director Eric Laneuville are connected by two medical dramas, '80's television series St. Elsewhere and '70's series Emergency! They worked together in St. Elsewhere as nurse Lucy Papandrao & orderly Luther Hawkins, respectively (Laneuville was directing then, as well). Laneuville appeared in an early episode of Emergency! as a patient, which starred Robert Fuller, who is now Savidge's husband.
