A late night soft-core erotic thriller seeking to thrill with its deviously sly plotting (probably to much of it) and luridly racy sex scenes. Oh yeah! It's your typical stuff, that doesn't ask too much from you despite its twisty layout that had me thinking of 1998 "Wild Things" with a femme fatale twist.
Paul gets a flat tire, where a stranger Chris helps him out. During some thankful drinks, Chris bets Paul about seeing who can seduce to each other's wife first. Paul thinks nothing of it, until he bumps into Chris and claims he had lunch with his wife, Lauren. So this starts a chain reaction where Paul begins to question Lauren or is Chris playing him? What starts off as a friendly bet, becomes a dangerous cocktail.
It starts out simple, and then becomes laughable in its knotty and contrived developments with a manipulative bunch of characters scheming and screwing around. Although if you want perfect storytelling, you'll find something better but for what it is; it agreeably passes the time. Seductive nudity runs freely, and the steamy sexual acts are stylishly framed with the leering camera. All of this does have a purpose in the story too, than just chucking it in for the sake of it. An attractive (Neith Hunter and Betsy Munroe) and handsome cast feature, even if the acting is a bit on the bland side.
